Engaging with young people and communities sits at the heart of Milly’s creative practice. She has been the Creative Engagement Producer for Attic Theatre Company since 2024, heading up their Participation programme in Merton, South London. She is Associate Artist with the National Youth Theatre and Producer for the LAMDA MishMash Festival 2026.
